OUTSIDE ITALY 

SHIPPING COSTS SHOWN DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS DUTIES.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system based on the weight and the delivery address specified. The value of the shipment is applied for a single order, regardless of the items in the cart. It is also possible to enter one or more delivery addresses, so that you can choose the most convenient delivery address each time.

SHIPPING WITH PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

In the event that "Pay in cash on delivery (COD)" is chosen as the payment method, the amount calculated by the system is added the COD costs of € 5, to be paid directly to the Courier.

FULFILLMENT OF THE ORDER

If the items are in stock, the PresepeePrespi staff will process all orders that will be placed no later than 13:00. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Deliveries will be made in 24-48 hours / working days, i.e. on the days in which the carrier (MBE) operates, generally from Monday to Friday except holidays.

For the Islands and Calabria the delivery times are between 24-36 hours.

MBE reserves the right to delay deliveries during peak demand periods.

When the order is shipped, the customer will be sent an e-mail with the link to track, at any time, the status of the delivery. The link will be active the day following the order fulfillment.
